Refund policy

The Customer has a right of withdrawal allowing them to return the Products to the Seller without giving any reason, under the conditions set out in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. After this period, no withdrawal request will be accepted.

For any reason for return other than the right of withdrawal (non-compliant or damaged product etc.), the Customer is invited to contact us via the contact form which will provide the necessary information to satisfy their request as soon as possible and, if necessary, arrange for a new delivery.
To be processed, Products must be returned in their original packaging (in the box), complete, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
The refund will be processed according to the original payment method and will take into account any discounts applied to the order:

- PayPal: available in your PayPal account

- Credit/Debit Card: the amount will appear directly on your card or in your account

Return Shipping Costs
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the return shipping costs for the Product(s) are the responsibility of the Customer, who is only liable for the direct costs of returning the goods.

No reimbursement of shipping costs will be accepted outside of this procedure and except for returns arranged by our customer service department.
